Nature's Sunshine SAM-e (S-Adenosyl-methionine tosylate) helps the body with mood, emotional well-being, energy, liver health, joint health and mobility. For best results, take SAM-e  with folic acid and Vitamin B12.

Also contains: Microcrystalline cellulose (plant fiber), mannitol, glycerol behenate, silica, magnesium stearate (vegetable), eudragit RSPO, sodium starch glycolate, edugrait L 30, talc hydrated silicate, triethyl citrate, bioapross vegetol, labrafac (from olive oil), aerosil (silicon dioxide), iron oxide (natural color), titanium dioxide.
