For Daily Maintenance  

2-3 years: Take 1 (5ml) teaspoon daily

4-12 year: Take 2 (10ml) teaspoons daily

For Intensive Use

2-3 years: take 1 (5 ml) teaspoon four times daily

4-12 years: Take 2 (10 ml) teaspoons four times daily
