Swisse Ultiboost Sleep is a premium quality formula containing magnesium and herbs including valerian, which assists with natural, restful sleep and during nervous tension.

Sleep Support: Valerian is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine for its calming properties to help minimise sleep challenges.

Nervous Tension: Valerian is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help during tenseness, restlessness and irritability and encourage restful sleep.

  • People on prescribed medicines check with your doctor first. May potentiate the effect of hypnotic medicines. Care with driving and operating machinery.
  • Glycyrrhiza Glabra (whole root liquorice) may increase blood pressure.  Care is required for people on blood pressure medicines – check with your doctor first.

Adults: Take one-two tablets, half to one hour before sleeping, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Each Tablet Contains:

Magnesium (from magnesium orotate 100mg) 6.4mg

Standardised extracts equivalent to dry:
Valerian (valeriana officinalis) root (equiv. valerenic acids 2.6mg) 1.3g
Licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra) root and stolon (equiv. glycyrrhizinic acid 2.5mg) 50mg

Extracts equivalent to dry:
Hops (humulus lupulus) flower 200mg
China root (poria cocos) fruiting body 50mg
Anemarrhena asphodeloides root 50mg

Also contains: Tabletting aids, colouring and flavouring substances.
 
No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg or artificial flavours.
