  • St. John's Wort affects the way many prescription medicines work, including oral contraceptives. Consult your doctor.
  • Avoid excess exposure to UV radiation (e.g. Sunlight, tanning beds) when using this product.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Not recommended during lactation, caution during pregnancy.
  • Always ask your product supplier or health professional if there are any specific precautions regarding your use of this or any supplement.
Take 1 capsule two to three times daily, preferably with food.
