Tru2U Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate Double Strength is produced from Montmorency Tart Cherries, which contain high levels of natural plant phytonutrients, to support regular and restful sleep in adults, children and babies.

Essential for regulating our body's circadian rhythms and to support regular natural sleep patterns, Melatonin is a hormone released by the brain in small amounts as we start to wind down at the end of the day. More is released as we fall into a light sleep, then when we reach deep sleep the brain releases even higher levels, ensuring a good nights sleep.
