Ostelin® Vitamin D is recommended for people with low vitamin D levels. Each capsule contains 1,000IU of Vitamin D3, the highest amount available over-the-counter in Australia and New Zealand.

How this product works

Vitamin D is essential for effective calcium absorption, required for healthy bones and teeth. A diet deficient in calcium may lead to poor bone density later in life.

Vitamin D helps maintain muscle strength, which may reduce the incidence of falls in the elderly.

Ostelin® contains Vitamin D3 which is the form that is produced naturally in the body.

Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
