Description
Healtheries Lemon, Ginger & Apple Tea combines the tang of lemon, the spice of ginger and a quiet suggestion of apple, which is both warming and comforting.
Ginger and lemon have traditionally been used in hot drinks to help ease nausea and warm up in winter. Being caffeine-free it is an excellent alternative to tea and coffee. You can enjoy it hot or chilled over ice - perfect on a hot summer’s day
Great For:
A caffeine free alternative to tea and coffee
A sweet and tangy tasting treat
An alternative to high-sugar drinks
Serving hot or chilled over ice for a cool summer drink
Healtheries Lemon & Ginger Tea is deliciously tangy in flavour with a zesty aroma
Blended with soothing and comforting herbs
Caffeine free alternative to tea and coffee that is delicious served hot or chilled over ice
To make your delicious brew, pour freshly boiled water over a tea bag and let it infuse for 3-5 minutes before removing the bag. You can adjust the flavour by how long you allow the teabag to infuse.
Milk and sugar is not required but if you require sweetening, add a small amount of honey. You may enjoy this tea served hot, or cooled and served with ice. You may like to add a slice of lemon, orange peel or cinnamon stick while it infuses. For safety during pregnancy we recommend consuming no more than one cup daily.
Precautions
For safety during pregnancy we recommend consuming no more than one cup daily.
Glycyrrhiza Glabra (whole root liquorice) may increase blood pressure. Care is required for people on blood pressure medicines – check with your doctor first.
