Healtheries Lemon, Ginger & Apple Tea combines the tang of lemon, the spice of ginger and a quiet suggestion of apple, which is both warming and comforting.
Ginger and lemon have traditionally been used in hot drinks to help ease nausea and warm up in winter. Being caffeine-free it is an excellent alternative to tea and coffee. You can enjoy it hot or chilled over ice - perfect on a hot summer’s day

- Glycyrrhiza Glabra (whole root liquorice) may increase blood pressure. Care is required for people on blood pressure medicines – check with your doctor first.
To make your delicious brew, pour freshly boiled water over a tea bag and let it infuse for 3-5 minutes before removing the bag. You can adjust the flavour by how long you allow the teabag to infuse.
Milk and sugar is not required but if you require sweetening, add a small amount of honey.
You may enjoy this tea served hot, or cooled and served with ice.
You may like to add a slice of lemon, orange peel or cinnamon stick while it infuses.
